Modern studio in the city center (Flower 22)

Very nice stay, very nice location and clean apartment. Positive: The location of the apartment was very good. Only 1.5 block from the water, 1.5 block from a supermarket and there are nice little cafes in the area. The apartment is very clean and organized. Negative: There was only the very basic of equipment for cooking. There was salt and pepper, but no oil to cook with. A little bit of oil would be a nice touch. What was a big let down for me was that the host asked for a 10 star review afterwards.

Positive: La ubicación y limpieza, distribución del lugar y la terraza era un plus. Negative: Le pedí al anfitrión que por favor me permitiera quedar 30 minutos más, incluso indica que se puede solicitar check in y check out de acuerdo a disponibilidad, quise alquilar y efectivamente estaba disponible el día antes de mi llegada y después de mi salida, y nunca quiso permitirme la entrada antes ni la salida después, pese que puedes solicitarlo. En su mensaje de salida indicó si hemos acordado otra hora puede abandonar en ese momento, pero no pudo darme 30 minutos para salir el día que finalizaba mi estancia. Por lo que para mí es un cero pero no voy arruinar todo lo demás, incluso fui ignorada en mi segundo mensaje lo que me parece una falta de respeto. No le doy cero porque de verdad el apartamento merecía un 10, pero no me gustó ser ignorada ni comprendida con el tiempo.

A capsule coffee machine is available, but guests need to buy their own capsules if they wish to use it. Negative: The bed is equipped with a soft mat rather than a traditional mattress. Given the nightly rate, one might anticipate a mattress of good quality or at least an appropriate level of firmness. Over time, the soft surface tends to sink, which may not be ideal for those who prefer a firmer sleeping surface. Additionally, instead of pillows, there are two large, very soft cushions, which may not be suitable for sleeping. Furthermore, only one blanket per person is provided, with no extra sheets. In summary, if these aspects are important for your comfort and rest, we recommend considering them. Another aspect to consider is that if you experience mobility challenges, it is important to note that while the building is equipped with an elevator, a flight of stairs must be ascended to access it. This did not pose any difficulties for us, and I am providing this information for those individuals who may be unable to navigate stairs.
